Da'Quan Marcell Love is the founder and principal of Reflex Strategy Group, a political fundraising, strategy and compliance firm. Under his leadership, Reflex Strategy Group has achieved significant growth, becoming a premier firm for Democratic fundraising in the Mid-Atlantic region with offices in Richmond, VA, Charlotte, NC, and Washington, DC. Da'Quan has raised over $325 million dollars for Democratic campaigns, progressive causes, and nonprofit organizations in addition to overseeing successful statewide campaigns and managing major donor relationships. He has also served as a campaign manager and finance director for various political candidates, bringing his extensive expertise to bear in every aspect of political strategy.

In addition to his work at Reflex Strategy Group, Da'Quan serves as the executive director of the NAACP North Carolina State Conference. In that role, he leads efforts to advance civil rights, social justice, and equality across the state. Prior to this, Da'Quan was the youngest person to serve as executive director of the NAACP Virginia State Conference, where he made significant strides in strengthening the organization's outreach and advocacy efforts.

Da'Quan earned his Bachelor's in Political Science with a minor in Leadership Studies from Hampton University, Virginia and earned his Master's in Teaching from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC. A life member of the NAACP, he has served in numerous roles, most notably as a member of the NAACP National Board of Directors where he served as Vice Chair of the Annual National Convention for five years. He is also a recipient of the NAACP National Lifetime Achievement Award and NAACP Chairman’s Citation. He is a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. His strong faith in Jesus Christ and dedication to civil rights and community empowerment continues to guide his professional and volunteer work.
