Our Founder
Da'Quan M. Love, MAT
Principal & CEO
Da'Quan Love is the founder and principal of Reflex Strategy Group.
Da'Quan has served in various executive management roles, and led multiple statewide organizations. He has cooperatively raised over $52 million for Democratic campaigns and progressive causes.
Da'Quan's visionary leadership has resulted in the unprecedented growth of Reflex Strategy Group, putting the firm well on the way to achieve its daring mission of being the premier Democratic fundraising firm in the Mid-Atlantic.
Meet the Team
Mr. Randon Sprinkle
Finance Associate
Mr. Randon Sprinkle is a Finance Associate at Reflex Strategy Group. He manages Virginia-based client accounts and leads the firm's proprietary client fundraising tracking (CFT) program.
Mr. Sprinkle is originally from North Carolina and was most recently the Finance Director at the Democratic Party of Virginia. Previously, he served as a Regional Political Director for the Jennifer McClellan for Governor campaign, and coordinated legislative affairs for Virginia State Senator Jennifer Boysko during the 2020 Session.
Mr. Sprinkle balances his love for cooking shows, reality television, and an ever-growing reading list outside of work.
Ms. Mackendrie Piper
Junior Finance Associate
Ms. Mackendrie Piper is a Junior Finance Associate at Reflex Strategy Group. She provides backend client support by conducting donor research, drafting fundraising solicitations (digital and direct mail) and managing client CRM data.
A senior political science major at East Carolina University, Ms. Piper provides our clients with unparalled service.
Ms. Piper enjoys spending time with her family.
Ms. LaNasha Coleman
Operations Associate
Ms. LaNasha Coleman is an Operations Associate at Reflex Strategy Group. She manages daily office operations, facilitates client compliance reporting, and manages client billing, all while providing executive administrative support to the Principal and CEO.
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Ms. Coleman provides our clients with a personal level of customer service.
Ms. Coleman is a Scorpio and mother of one, who is her pride and joy. Ms. Coleman brings a background of working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Mr. Nicholas Felder
Junior Finance Associate
Mr. Nicholas Felder is a Junior Finance Associate at Reflex Strategy Group. He manages client digital fundraising (sms, email, and social media) and executes candidate call time.
A Virginia Commonwealth University graduate, Mr. Felder brings our clients unmatched political acumen.
Mr. Felder enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and teaching local youth the joy of basketball.
